Q: What areas do you serve?
A: Chef Stef primarily serves Chicago and surrounding areas. Special accommodations may be made for events outside the city—please inquire for details.  

Booking & Orders

Q: How do I book Chef Stef for an event?

 
A: You can book Chef Stef by filling out the contact form on our website or booking a consultation's appointment  under services from our website. We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance for events.  

Q: How far in advance should I place a catering order? 
A: For large events, we recommend placing your order at least 2-3 weeks in advance. Smaller orders may require 7-10 days’ notice.  

Q: Do you require a deposit for bookings? 
A: Yes, a  $25.00 deposit for most bookings is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 1 days before the event.  

Q: What is your cancellation policy? 
A: Cancellations made 7 days before the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 2 days may be subject to a cancellation fee.  


Menu & Dietary Options  

Q: Can Chef Stef accommodate dietary restrictions? 
A: Absolutely! We offer gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, vegetarian, keto, and other specialized meal options. Let us know your dietary needs when placing an order.  

Q: Can I customize my menu?
A: Yes! Chef Stef works closely with clients to create customized menus that suit their preferences and event needs.

A: Our latest menu offerings can be found on the website under the Menu" section. If you need something specific, feel free to contact us.  


Delivery & Pickup  

Q: Do you offer delivery services? 
A: Yes, we offer delivery within Chicago and nearby areas. Delivery fees may apply depending on location.  

**Q: Can I pick up my order?**  
A: Yes, pickup is available. Please coordinate pickup times in advance.  

Q: Do you deliver outside of Chicago?
A: In some cases, we can accommodate long-distance deliveries for an additional fee. Contact us for more details.

Q: Does Chef Stef offer cooking classes?
A: Yes! We provide in-person and virtual cooking classes for individuals and groups. Perfect for team-building events, date nights, and family fun!

A: Gratuity is not included but is always appreciated for exceptional service.
